Yes, card borders can fluctuate depending on their release Era.
For instance: Fan Favorite Heartgold Soulsilver Era card borders incorporate a unique blending of white, grey, and yellow - distinctive to just 5 Different Set releases in 2010-2011.
You may not receive all of the exact cards you see in the example pictures above (however I will try and be as consistent as inventory allows)
In other words, inventory constraints may dictate substitutions of another version/artwork of any given pokemon.
If I run out of one corsola card it will be replaced by another corsola from a different set.
Gym leader Pokemon are allowed.
A Pokemon may be its
true
current day typing or its original colorless typing (for example: granbull can be colorless or fairy type)

(M): A step below Gem Mint. In near perfect condition.
Near
Mint
(NM): May have light scuffs and/or slight edge wear to a very minimal degree. Most pack fresh cards fall under this category.
Excellent
(E): Shows more light scuffing and/or slight edge wear. Think (NM) with more leeway in the form of minor imperfections.
Fair
(F): Edge wear and/or scuffs increasing in prominence without any major damage. Still of Fine Quality.
Played
(P): Exhibits signs of play such as bends/creases, scratches, edge wear, with other potential traces of damage. Perfect for playing.
Damaged
(D): Obvious wear & tear. Conspicuous flaws.
