This book is in acceptable condition because the cover has wear to the corners and edges.  The former owner has written a few words in pencil on the inside cover.  However, despite these flaws, the pages are in great condition with no writing or other marks on them.  They are also still tightly bound to the binding; there is no breaking of the pages.  All you need to do is give the hardcover a gentle wiping down and it's ready to add to your collection.
