Vintage Walt Disney Poor Pluto Mickey Mouse Children’s Book 1948 Whitman

In this listing we have a super cute little children’s book. This book was released by Whitman Publishing in 1940 and is called “Poor Pluto”. It features Walt Disney’s Mickey Mouse and his dog Pluto. It features a color image on the front of Pluto and Mickey, and inside it has a written store with lots of pictures (inside the pictures have a limited color palette). This book is 96 pages long and measures around 5.25 inches long and a little bigger than 5.5 inches tall. It’s a really cute book! Some of my pictures came out a little yellow. The colors in real life have less of a yellow tint (but the pages are tan in person).
This book is in good condition, especially for a 70+ year old children’s book. There is some wear to the front and back cover. There is some marks, stains, scuffs, and wear to the image. There are some bends on the back cover. The book itself is mildly curved. I am not sure if the black spine was original or added at a later date. On the inside the front and back cover is tearing away from the rest of the book. It doesn’t seem in danger of coming apart on it’s own, but I would still be careful with it since it could be very weak. The pages are very yellowed (which could be normal). There is some marks, stains, and other wear to the pages. It's not terrible, but has it's fair share of issues. Please examine all pictures to see the exact condition of the book.
