  • Condition: This is a hand built miniature doll house. It has some wear on edges/corners from age. No missing shingles. No breaks in the trim. No cracks in windows. All of the doors and windows work. It is electrified, but the lighting currently does work and will need to be fixed. No cracks in the walls. A couple pieces of the furniture appeared to have been repaired at some point. Wallpaper and flooring firmly attached. There is one room with carpet and the carpet is a bit worn. This doll house was never played with and was built as part of an adult's collection. Clean and taken care of. Condition can be seen in photos. Smoke free home.

    Description

    This sale is for an absolutely stunning hand crafted Victorian style miniature dollhouse. Along with 2 front porches, there are 6 rooms and an attic. Extraordinary detail, from the wooden shingles and gutter pipes, to the decorative trim and intricately designed windows, this piece is stunning. Measures 44.5" x 21.25" x18.5".
    *Bathroom has linoleum style flooring. 1 room has carpet. All other rooms have wood flooring.
    *Doors and 2 piece windows functional.
    *Interior rooms all have differing wallpaper.
    *Multiple chandeliers. This dollhouse is electrified, but it currently is not working and I do not know how to fix it.
    *Fully furnished with too much furniture to list individually. There is even a Christmas tree, lights, and gifts in the attic.
    *All rooms have molding and trim.
    My father in law lovingly crafted this dollhouse for my mother in law's collection. It was always adored, but never played with.
    I am listing as local pick up, but I will work with you if you have a freight company you would like to use to ship.
