House is complete with extra wall/door and original assembly instructions. It will be shipped unassembled. Yellow paint on a few of the windows as shown, once you clean the paint off, you can snap them back in place. A small piece missing from one window. The second floor is a little bowed, along with the roof that goes over the living room. It’s plastic so you could probably weigh it down for a few days and get it flat. Right side of roof has a small break on the edge. Some of the wallpaper has damage. But it would be easy enough to put up your own.
You will receive all furniture shown. Other than some dirt and the following flaws, it’s in pretty good working condition. Cat has paint on it and bathroom vanity is missing a knob. Rug has a rip in it. Both bar stools missing part of a leg and one lamp falls apart, maybe should be glued together.
