Vintage Marquam Hill Mansion Dollhouse Kit HUGE Duracraft 3 Story 8 Rooms

This is an open/unassembled kit
I went through and verified all the large wood pieces
I didn't count the small pieces (shingles) that are in the ziploc bags - but the original owner said that purchased it new and never did anything with it after opening other than storage so they should all be there
One square wood piece has what seems to be a shoe print on it (see pics)
It was stored in a basement so the box is in bad shape (also has writing and old price stickers/sticker residue on it) and may smell a little musty but the pieces are in great condition and don't have any odor.
Since the box is falling apart I wrapped the whole thing in green wrap so it stays together for shipping. I labeled the top so the safest way to open this is to lay it on the floor (top side up) and cut the wrap off - otherwise everything will just fall out
Paint is NOT included
This is large and really HEAVY - please keep that in mind for when it's delivered. Signature will be required upon delivery.
