This is our Jasmine Gothic Victorian Cottage 1:48 scale dollhouse kit. It has many detailed features and measures with yard 7 1/2"Wide x 7" deep x 9"High. Ceiling height is 2 1/2"
Kit comes with everything needed to assemble as you see in the picture to include, window frames and glass, detailed functioning main entry door, fenced yard with post that are 3/16" squared post and a fence in 1/16" plywood to include a working entry gate.
