This gas analyzer controller was recently purchased from a local government facility which was removing
excess test and inspection equipment.
FUNCTION:
This gas analyzer controller does power on, but the controls are unresponsive.
The unit also makes a "whine" noise part of the time when powered on.
The display is bright, but is showing only lines on it - see photos.
