PLEASE READ EVERYTHING, We always stand behind the accuracy of our description but can't imagine shipping this back and forth, so we will not accept returns.  This was in storage for some years where it remained sealed by strips of filament or strapping tape.  We cut the tape to peek in the box briefly to assure it was never damaged or opened.  THIS IS an unassembled model kit and NOT a childs toy nor can a child assemble this.  Also small parts around a child could present a chocking hazard.  This seller assumes no liability for misuse, or use and care must be taken not to leave parts within the reach of small children.  As stated on the box lid No glue, paint, or decorations as displayed in the model shown on the box are included.  When finished being built, the resulting doll house is likely to be designated a family heirloom. When completely assembled the finished doll house will be approximately 42" high, x 33" wide, x 21" deep and weight about 22 Lbs.  excluding the additional packaging.
