Maple Mini's!!
These are our trademarked hard candy made with Real Maple Syrup. These are similar to the Maple Drops which you see for sale here and in other areas, but what sets the the Maple Mini's apart is these are a US made maple candy, with New York State Maple syrup!!!! Unlike the Maple Drops that are imported from out of the US, all ingredients are produced, and batched here in the US. Actually since this is our trademarked recipe, we hand select the syrup which goes into each and every batch of Maple Mini's that is produced. Although we do not batch these in our kitchen, we have teamed up with a SQF level 2 facility which must meet some of the most demanding standards in the food industry. Each Maple Mini comes individually wrapped, and then placed into a sealed 3oz bag to maintain freshness of the candy, and if kept in the sealed bag in a cool dry area the shelf life can easily exceed 1 year. You will receive 106 pieces which are divided into 5 3 oz bags so you can enjoy each bag individually with out the worries of loose candies floating around. Now the process that we are using to create the Maple Mini's is a closely guarded secret, but the process that is being used allows the temps to reach much higher temperatures than the other candies which enables the Maple Mini's to stay harder longer. The process also enables us to maintain the taste integrity of the Maple syrup used. Simple terms.... the taste of the Maple Mini's is the same taste of the Maple Syrup that was used for the batch. So don't delay, and try some Maple Mini's today!!!

by boiling outside on a stone arch. 8 years later he built the Sugar House that Moser's Maple boiled their syrup out of until 2005.(we just moved across the driveway) We are now a 5th generation Maple family that have strong ties to our land, and the products that we create from our land. With this same passion we create

confections, and World Champion Maple Syrup to sell to the public. (golden, amber, dark, and very dark) We store and boil our sap in stainless steel, and store our syrup in stainless steel drums. So there is no worry of lead contamination, or off flavors (tinny) from galvinized containers.
If you have any questions, by all means ask us that question, we are more than happy to talk about Maple.
